Ft. McCoy, WI
Big Muddy led the master planning and site design processes for a new 120 home family housing area at Fort McCoy. The master plan integrated 12 existing homes into a community design with curving streets following topography, saving mature oak trees and preserving WWI cultural resources. A series of parks and a trail system encourage residents to engage in active lifestyles.
Big Muddy led the site design for all four phases of final site design, coordinating the civil engineering and landscape architecture.
